由于VS2010 崩溃，下午不得不重新安装VS，结果就是以上的错误，清理了注册表，清理了所有的VS附属的程序，依然没有什么用处， 最后在 StackoverFlow 上搜到了 处理方法。

正是由于早上的时候VS崩溃，在网上搜的方法，把C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config下的 machine.config 和 web.config 删除了， 然后 就造成了 之后一连串崩溃问题。

解决方法： 把 machine.config.default复制一份，然后去掉default后缀放入这个文件夹即可。
