I had the same problem.
-
1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features
2. Uninstal just "WCF RIA Services V1.0 SP2". (Leave there WCF RIA Services for Visual Studio 2010, it is OK)
3. Restart PC.
4. Start setup of downloaded Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1.
简单说就是到控制面板删除 WCF RIA Services V1.0 SP2
重启机器，然后重新安装VS2010SP1
